1905 – Willis Johnson and E. Leslie Hunt founded Johnson & Hunt Merchandise Brokers in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
1985 – After eight decades of growth and a name change to SALESMARK, our company continued to build on its foundation of strong leadership with extraordinary people and a “can do” spirit.
1996 – During the consolidation period of the sales brokerage industry, SALESMARK merged with The Gordon Company and the Phillips Brokerage Company, and the name was changed to CROSSMARK.
2000 – CROSSMARK Canada is formed in Canada under the leadership of Glen Wilson and quickly establishes itself as a national leading force in the industry.
