In 2008, a landmark partnership was formed when the Nielsen Company agreed to transfer its North American in-store data collection activities to CROSSMARK. A variety of benefits and services quickly became available to manufacturers and retailers in the consumer goods industry, including an unprecedented view into store conditions and the shopper experience.

In addition, this new relationship with Nielsen enabled CROSSMARK to form our proprietary Data Collection Team, which is comprised of more than 1,800 data collection associates. These dedicated employees focus exclusively on scanning millions of products all over North America, collecting valuable information that gives our clients a competitive edge at retail.

As exciting new capabilities emerge to improve the breadth, depth, speed and accuracy of data collection, CROSSMARK will incorporate these services into the Data Collection program to ensure world-class service at the retail level.
